Being cocky is being arrogant. Confidence is the belief you can rely upon and have a firm trust in God in His abilities and qualities to fulfill His Word. Many will see your faith and say you are cocky or arrogant, but God will not embarrass you when you place your trust in Him.
Paul stressed:
In Him (Jesus) and through faith in Him, we may approach God with freedom and confidence. Ephesians 3:12
Paul also shared:
Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6).
David declared:
Yet I am confident I will see the Lord’s goodness while I am here in the land of the living (Psalm 27:13).
You are bold as a lion (Proverbs 28:1). You can not worry about those who see your faith as foolishness. Be steadfast and unmovable. Stay focused on having faith and belief God is truthful and can be trusted. There will be doubters, haters, non-believers, and there will be you having faith and confidence in the Almighty. Open your mouth, raise your voice, and speak to your mountain!
